The MQ-9 Carbon Monoxide, LPG Sensor Module is a gas sensor that can detect carbon monoxide, methane, LPG, propane, and combustible gases.
The conductivity of the sensor increases as the gas concentration increases. As the temperature rises (heated to 5.0 V), it detects methane, propane, combustible gas, etc. and cleans other gases by adsorption at low temperature. MQ-9 is often used in household gas detector, industrial gas detector, portable gas detector, etc.
